Certificate & Attendance Policy

Last updated: 2026-02-03

1. Scope & Applicability

This Certificate & Attendance Policy applies to both (i) Online Courses and (ii) Application-Based Practical (Face-to-Face) Training Services purchased through https://www.healthtraininginturkey.com. The purpose of this policy is to clarify certificate issuance conditions, participation requirements, attendance rules, grading or assessment processes (where applicable), and eligibility criteria related to the completion of training programs.

2. Certificate Issuance Conditions

  • Certificates are issued only to participants who have successfully fulfilled the academic, attendance, and operational requirements of the relevant training program.
  • Certificates are personal, non-transferable, and may include personal identification details for verification and institutional certification purposes.
  • Depending on the training, certificates may require institutional verification, approval from third-party training facilities (particularly for Practical Trainings), or compliance with regulatory standards.
  • For Online Courses, digital certificates may be issued electronically in PDF or digital credential format.
  • For Practical Trainings, certificates may be issued only after full completion of the scheduled training sessions at the designated training facility.

3. Attendance Requirements & Participation Rules

Attendance is a critical requirement for certificate eligibility. Unless specified otherwise:

  • Minimum attendance requirement is 80% of the total training duration.
  • Participants failing to meet the minimum attendance threshold may not be eligible to receive a certificate.
  • No guarantee is provided for make-up sessions, rescheduling, or additional class opportunities for missed sessions.
  • For Online Courses, login timestamps, platform usage, and session completion metrics may be recorded as proof of attendance.

4. Practical / Application-Based Training Requirements

Practical Trainings may be subject to institutional attendance policies, facility regulations, clinical rules, hospital/clinic scheduling, and compliance standards. Participants acknowledge that:

  • Arrival, punctuality, conduct, and compliance with facility rules may affect program completion status.
  • Certificates cannot be issued if the participant is not accepted into the training program via the Acceptance Letter process.
  • A valid Acceptance Letter and full completion of the training schedule are prerequisites for certificate eligibility.
  • Attendance may be verified directly by the institution or clinic conducting the Practical Training.

5. Deposit, Acceptance Letter & Payment Link to Certificate Eligibility

For Practical Trainings, the Buyer must pay a 10% deposit during the application phase. The deposit initiates the Acceptance Letter evaluation process. If acceptance is granted, the remaining 90% of the fee must be paid within the designated period.

  • Failure to pay the remaining balance after issuance of the Acceptance Letter results in cancellation of the application and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • No certificate can be issued in cases where the participant has not completed all financial obligations related to the training program.
  • Cancellations, refusals, and refund scenarios are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Academic or Institutional Assessments (If Applicable)

Some programs may include performance evaluations, assessments, examinations, or competency reviews. Certificates may be contingent on:

  • minimum performance thresholds,
  • successful completion of modules or assignments,
  • compliance with institutional or regulatory standards.

7. Certificate Format, Delivery & Verification

Certificates may be issued in physical or electronic format. Digital certificates may include verification mechanisms, QR codes, or serial validation numbers. The Buyer is responsible for safeguarding their certificate.

The Seller is not liable for the rejection of certificates by employers, regulatory bodies, academic institutions, or third parties, unless explicitly guaranteed in the training description.

8. No-Guarantee Clauses

  • No certificate is guaranteed solely based on payment of service fees.
  • Certificates are contingent on actual participation and completion of the training.
  • The Seller does not guarantee visa, travel, licensing, employment, residency, or academic recognition outcomes.

9. Disputes, Rescheduling & Force Majeure

Practical Trainings may be influenced by institutional scheduling, clinical constraints, operational changes, or force majeure events. In such cases, training dates may be rescheduled without guaranteeing certificate eligibility until completion of the full program.

10. Policy Relationship to Payments & Chargebacks

Certificate eligibility is directly linked to service fulfillment and completion. For payment disputes, chargebacks, refund claims, or regulatory financial compliance reviews, attendance and completion records may be used as fulfillment evidence by the Seller or payment processors (including İyzico).

11. Amendments to This Policy

The Seller reserves the right to update or amend this policy due to institutional requirements, legal obligations, accreditation standards, or operational modifications. Updated versions take effect upon publication.
