The objective of an Orthodontic Observership Program is to provide structured clinical exposure for qualified dentists who wish to enhance their understanding of the diagnosis, treatment planning, and management of orthodontic cases. This program allows participants to observe both theoretical discussions and clinical practices across various areas of orthodontics, including craniofacial growth and development, orthognathic surgery planning, and interdisciplinary treatment approaches. Throughout the observership, participants gain insight into the management of complex orthodontic conditions such as craniofacial anomalies, severe malocclusions, and orthodontic relapse. Upon completion of the program, participants develop a deeper clinical perspective and observational understanding necessary for managing patients with advanced orthodontic needs.
